Rondebosch Court has 4 Types of Apartments & 4 Types of Bedroom Choices for you to choose from.

Apartment Types: (All bathrooms only have showers)

4 Bedroom apartments with shared Kitchen and Two Full Bathrooms
3 Bedroom apartments with shared Kitchen and One and a half bathrooms
2 Bedroom Apartment with a shared Kitchen and a Full Bathroom
Bachelor Apartments your own Kitchen and Full bathroom

Bedroom Types

Rondebosch Court has 4 Types of Apartments & 4 Types of Bedroom Choices for you to choose from.

All bedrooms are furnished with a bed, mattress
protector, side pedestal, bedside lamp, study desk, chair, and wardrobe.
Our large bedroom comes with two of everything.

Small Bedroom - R4950 per month
Medium Bedroom - R5500 per month
Large Bedroom - R6600 per month
Bachelor Apt - R7700 & R8800 per month

Refundable Deposit:
Equivalent to 1 months’ rent.

Room Change - R250

Payment terms: Monthly rental should be paid by the 5th of each month. All late payments will be liable for a penalty of R250.

If a student pays the full years rental they will get 2.5% discount.
